The nightstand in our room was super dusty and when i tried to use the ice maker, the ice had black dots in it. Overall our stay was great and our room had everything we needed.

Very nice resort near Grand Canyon. Restaurant on property nice, but you have to make a reservation to accommodate despite to be seemingly not busy. Lobby and gift shop very nice with coffee and cookies as a nice plus!

The staff was friendly and it was conveniently located near the National Park. However the bathroom smelled and the sheets were low quality. This facility was older and dark. It needs a upgrade.

Great place, perfect location to Grand Canyon

Although we only stayed for one night we really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant had great food! We enjoyed dinner and breakfast there. Loved the cozy warm and welcoming atmosphere. Great location very close to the Grand Canyon. We would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to family and friends.

The Grand Canyon with fresh snow was glorious. Parking is nice. Resturant is hit or miss. Excellent or $hi . Bath showed age. Loaner ice scrapers were a nice touch.

We stayed in room 356. The small shaving mirror base was rusty and the desk chair was frayed and torn at the edges and stained. For the price of this room I think it was awefull.
