Doors on the lobby fireplace were not working properly and no fires in it for the three days we were there. Ice in the parking lot was unsafe for walking two of the three days that we were there. Everything else was excellent.

This is a beautiful property! It puts to shame other properties that are 1/4 its age! Windows that actually open, well appointed rooms, broadband Wifi that actually works, and even the non canyon views were amazing! The staff were helpful and courteous. Even in this time of social distancing and the like, the Hotel common areas are decorated for fall, fireplaces lit, just like it would be in peak travel season. You can tell that the staff cares about the impression that the property gives, a rarity in these trying times. Thank you for a great stay!

The check in staff were curt and dismissive not only to me but others approached them. Minimal eye contact and brusque answers. Very disappointing to be honest.
