Horrible rooms and service. Toilet did not work correctly. Also requested to stay an extra day and was told no rooms where available when i cleraly called and was told ot was all set to go for an extra night. Once arrived was told it was a mistake. Also beds are extreemly hard and old. Will never stay there again

This is for sure a room just to sleep in .. no amenities at all not even a small fridge , coffee maker or microwave .. they serve coffee at 6am in the lobby and that’s it .. having said that it’s located close to everything , parking is fine , felt safe and I didn’t spend much time in the room anyway .keep in mind this is an old motel that is basicllay just to sleep in so don’t expect much .. I guess for the price it’s not bad . Staff was nice

The pool and hot tub were down while we were there which was a bummer. Really thin walls, you can hear everything from the hall, the next room, and outside. No coffee maker, microwave, nor fridge in the room. Staff were friendly and professional.

It was difficult to haul our luggage and stuff to the second floor without an elevator. There was no elevator in the building. The indoor pool and spa were out of order, which was a disappointment for the kids. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. Many of the outlets need to be replaced as I couldn't keep my wall chargers in them. I guess you get what you paid for; it was a very basic room, but pretty clean and spacious though.

It was pretty clean. The night shift staff were very helpful. Gave us a coupon for discount on a restaurant named the corral, and it was really, really good food.

Nice motel, close to freeway and downtown

Clean motel. Very convenient. A short walk to Safeway and downtown shopping. Nice town to stop at near Grand Canyon.

Key cards would not work, had to get walked to room everytime we left. Pool closed for maintenence. Large room with no dresser, or chairs. No art on walls. No tissues. Very bare bones. Ifbyou wanted a hair dryer, you had to get fro front desk.

When we arrived the key card machine was broken. We had no key for half of the stay. The pool was under "maintenance." The bathroom tub had a huge patch and was pretty much black at the bottom. Disgusting! Don't stay here. The only hotel I have ever been to where I wanted to cancel my stay and find somewhere else.

3 hours before check in, I was informed by phone, the indoor pool was not available. I explained the pool was the reason I chose their establishment. I asked to speak to a manager to see what they would do to compensate me for their mistake of not letting me know this unfortunate information until right before check in and the staff told me they cancelled my reservations and hung up on me. Absolutely the rudest unaccommodating staff member I have ever spoken to!!

Upon arriving I was told I would have to be let in to my room each time by a staff member. Because they couldn’t process a key card due to card machine being broken . Loud noises all night long , phone making a clicking noise until unplugged , very loud air conditioner which kicks on -off eveey 10 mins … someone pushing a bucket all night to get cleaning done very loud at 3-4 am … caulking in shower gross and dirty and black mold growing in upper right corner or shower area , toilet seats yellowed and needing replaced . The room had a funky odor to it like someone had smoked prior. BOOKING WEBSITE CLAIMS THEY HAVE A WORKING POOL BUT HASNT WORKED IN YEARS APPARENTLY??? Back door to hotel open all night kinda unsafe …will never stay at a motel 6 again haha I should have known . Staff was very nice and it’s not their fault but this place needs a major makeover ..
