Was very upset that a staff member called me at 11:00 at night, while I was in a dead sleep, and accused my room of having a party and being loud. Maybe they should have done a little investigation before waking up their customers. Ancient heating unit in the window too. Worked but was temp 1-10. So what does that mean? Would have been nice to have a temp conversion scale. My room was freezing or sweltering.

Our staff was mentioned and they will make sure to check before proceeding. Regarding the temperature control, the unit should have a digital screen showing the temperature, along with the settings. Friendly staff, clean room and great location. Our room was on the first floor by the atrium. Very relaxing.

Clean and friendly staff... gps brings you in on the far end of the parking lot and you don't see any notice were the Check in until you are by the pool or walking around asking for directions to check in.... other than more signs showing were check in is the stay was great
