Upon checking in, we asked to get snow shoveled, and had to ask for salt to put on “ice” on the sidewalk. When we came back at around 8 pm, we had to use the “flashlight “ mode on our phones to find our way from the parking lot to the rooms, because of either poor lighting or no lighting at all. We also had trouble getting our handcap scooter over the curb. I would never recommend this place to anyone that has a disability. This place is terrible for ADA and should be known. Check any of my other posts and you will not see anything as negative posts

Not a quiet rest spot.
The room heater was blowing air all night. Light bulbs were 40 watts, and couldn’t see anything. Room very old and outdated. Very noisy children running and screaming! A lot of noise upstairs.

Ideally situated to walk to rim of canyon. Comfortable beds & convenient parking on site. Visited during the quiet season & it wasnt very busy. Quiet environment. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Zack, at the front desk was cheerful, very helpful with all sorts of information, and friendly. Great role model!! Maswik could use direct signage for the different lodges.
