Such a great location outside the Grand Canyon. The amenities and hot tub were really nice to use after a long day at the canyon. We only stayed one night but would definitely recommend. There is so much to do on premise and was very convenient and relaxing.

We enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools, s’mores in the afternoon and movie at the poolside for the kids. We also really enjoyed the fresh Starbucks coffee in the lobby in the morning. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the location was excellent.

There is a 25$ additional "nightly amenity fee" hidden, I am pretty sure we were never informed about it during check-in. In addition, we only realized upon getting the tab that breakfast was not complimentary - that is partly our fault I guess, but I don't think the price for the breakfast was ever listed anywhere inside the dinning area. The service was also unbelievably terrible...

The lobby was ok but the rooms we were put in behind the lobby are terrible. They are an overpriced tourist trap. Would never stay there again.and they have the nerve to charge a resort fee. Way below holiday inn standards.
