Terrible experience. Too dark. No lights. No directions. You have to drive around in dark looking for room. Room has a glass sliding door towards outside with no security and no fence. Phone service is also minimal because of mountains and no customers service. I was the only person in dark and isolated neighborhood. Store and restaurant close at 8 pm. It’s like a horror movie experience. Never again. TOP oF that Travelocity customer service person was very rude and I simply asked him I don’t want to stay where should I drop off the keys because I am terrified to stay there he said I have to wait 72 hours to hear back from them. I said if something happened to me and my family in between who is responsible he said wait for 72 hours. So I dropped the keys in mailbox and left. PAID FOR NOT STAYING

This property was disappointing. As there are not many options in the area, this lodge is run down yet they are able to charge a premium for rooms. The restaurant attached to the Lodge is some of the worst food and service I have had in a long time. The server was rude. She even stuck her finger in my daughter's food!

You are not renting the cottages in the back it is just a old motor lodge. I thought we were getting what was in the ad.

Very nice place to stay. Extremely clean and very spacous room. My family if 4 was very comfortable. Restaurant served great food as well. Would for sure stay again for my next visit.

This hotel is all about location, location, location. It’s hard not to like the place when you look out the window and see where you are! The hotel itself is no frills, but it’s clean and comfortable. It has everything you need to rest up or rehab pre or post a Grand Canyon-area adventure. My friends and I stayed in one of the cottages before hiking Paria Canyon which worked out great. If you can bring cash instead of a credit card, it’s helpful as their credit card machine runs on dial-up (due to the location). When we were there, the transaction couldn’t be processed, so we ended up paying cash. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is mediocre. The experience, overall, was what we expected it to be. I would stay here again.
