"Perfect stay in a great Old Town Toronto location. I was in town for a concert at Scotiabank Arena, and this hotel was within walking distance, which made it even better. The room had a cute boutique feel and was more spacious than I expected, with the bedroom separated from the living room area. It also had a full kitchen with a full refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, and microwave, plus an in-room washer and dryer with laundry soap provided. That setup made the stay feel extra comfortable and convenient. The front desk always seemed staffed, and when I had trouble opening my door, someone came up right away to help. I would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend it."

"The hotel was good. Rooms were clean and desk staff were very good . Both myself and my husband are celiac and we asked at front staff and they said we had to talk to the breakfast person and we couldn’t find one so no breakfast for us. Next morning we talked to a breakfast person and he looked at us like a deer in the headlights. Oh he said all he had was gluten free bread. So we grabbed a banana. Was very disappointed and will not be going back to the hotel. On a positive note it is close to downtown."
