The staff greeted us warmly the moment we arrived, and check‑in with Victoria was smooth, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the service truly made my birthday unforgettable. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious, and the hostess surprised me by greeting me with a cheerful “Happy Birthday!” The restaurant team went above and beyond—coming to my table to sing Happy Birthday and presenting me with a slice of Dubai chocolate cake that was absolutely amazing. Later, our bartender Samantha crafted a special mocha martini just for my birthday, and it was perfect. Every interaction with the staff felt genuine and thoughtful. Overall, our stay was wonderful. The hotel is clean, modern, and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend Riu Plaza Toronto and look forward to returning."
