Book a hotel near Tokyo Square Garden, Chuo

"Overall an okay stay. The room had a faint smell of smoke and body odor which was hard to ignore even when I used the room spray. "

"All the things are good except one thing that make me rate 4 stars is the staff is so stubborn and no flexibility. The hotel has rule to clean up the room in every 3 days. I stayed for 11 days 10 nights. On the 10th day, the room was supposed to be cleaned. But I told the staff I will leave tomorrow and I was packing the luggage, can I not to do the room cleaning. The staff instead the room had to be cleaned. At the end, I left the room, stayed at the lobby and waited for the cleaning finished. That wasted my time."

"Our small room was well laid out so worked fine for our minimal needs. The hotel is close to two train/subway stations for convienent access to the city. Room's bathroom was well laid out and worked fine. High-walled soaking tub (with shower) might be hard to get in for some; be careful of the slippery tub floor. This hotel worked perfectly for showering and sleeping while seeing the city during the other 15 hours of the day."

"We had an unpleasant experience with the staff. I borrowed a ruler from a male staff to measure the baggage size and return it to another staff (female) immediately , since the male staff was talking to customers. Around 11pm, the male staff knocked our room door very loudly, ask me to return the ruler. I explained to him that I returned the ruler to one of his colleagues, he said that nobody told him. Later he found the ruler. He apologized the next morning when we checked out. I felt the is gentleman is very unprofessional and rude to customers. I won’t book this Hotel again."
