"Nice, conveniently located hotel, very reasonable facilities, clean and well maintained. Service was impeccable (as it almost always is, in Japan). The best thing was the location, in the quiet Otemachi financial district area, but so close to a subway station, to Tokyo main train station and to the Royal Palace gardens (great for a stroll or a morning run). We would definitely go back as this was a well priced, reasonable base for our first time exploration of Tokyo."

"Property is nice. Hard to see from the road at night as there's no lighting or lit signs at the road. The staff were pleasant and met our needs. Room was a nice size and comfortable, but we paid more for a patio and there was no chairs or table on the balcony. It's a nice size balcony though and nice view. We had the AC on through the night as it was a very warm day and water leaked all over the floor. We didn't notice this until the morning but thankfully we didn't have anything set on the floor there or it would have been soaked. We used towels to mop it up and advised at check out. My husband, son and I all coughed a lot through the night so I'm not sure if it was something in the room or maybe b/c of the leaking AC. Rooms were quiet, comfy bed and had everything we needed."
