We really enjoyed our stay at the Liberty Suites Hotel and would recommend this property. It is a unique set up (front desk on the 12th floor) and the room was bright, clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Parking was my biggest issue before check in. Being in a busy shopping area, it was extremely difficult to get a parking spot. The hotel should have a dedicated place for parking before checking in. Parking direction should be communicated prior to arrival. Once checked in, they offer parking in a deck. The signage in the deck is poor, very difficult to navigate and find hotel elevator. The hotel itself was fine, no issues there.

Staff didn’t ask about stay or anything . Bed was creeky and flashing emergency lights in room . Also the parking garage is a nightmare . Check in early wasn’t available and no where to keep your stuff Bad experience overall will not return
