Excellent but… always a bit.

I was very happy with the stay overall two improvements to suggest would be the complimentary drinks that come with silver status were not offered. The continental breakfast could use a little umph. Great stay room very nice , big, and comfy.

Stayed at this hotel a few times before. This time was the worst experiences ever. First room very smelly and changed to another room. I feel itching after midnight. I woke up and checked, then found a bedbug. I took a photo, put the bug in a water bottle and gave it to the front desk. The next day, I talked to the manager and he told me the hotel asked the pest control to check and confirmed it was a bedbug. He told me it was an isolated case. I had to throw away all my clothes I wore during night as well as those hung in the walldrobe. I had to buy new bags to handle all my personal belongings to avoid bringing any bedbugs home. The hotel manager told me that I could not get any compensation because I booked through expedia.ca.

I was so grossed out from all the long hair. Found long black hairs in the sheets in the Jacuzzi and bath towels it was just gross. Told the front desk when I checked out and they just kind of shrugged the shoulders and said sorry.
