The AC/Heating unit ... malfunctioned during a night rain storm and leaked water throughout that carpeted section of the room. Soaking luggage and objects we'd left near by. When checking out in the morning ... the counter person, reacted by saying "Really ... we'll look into that." and smiled. lol Won't be staying there in the future

Misleading on Every Level

I am never going to use hotels.com again. Misleading. Bed was too soft, felt like it had bed bugs, no water in room, temperature did not work properly, switched rooms and new room was only marginally better, stains on bathroom tub - essentially felt like photos and reviews on hotels.com were false. If you look at reviews on other sites for this hotel versus on hotels.com there is a gap. Should so done better research, Essentially this hotel is run like they spend no money on anything. Even the heater looked like it had never been dusted.
