I was pleased with the property and with its staff. I believe that shuttle service to the main lunch and dinner facilities would greatly enhance the use of your hotel. Also shuttle service to near by malls and there is at least one nearby mall that is perhaps under 10 km. Finally it should be offered to Highway 7 where bus transportation can be had to the Richmond Hill Station.
