In addition to being at a great location with friendly staff, the hotel offers Free paddle boards and bikes… We had a great time. Volcanoes National Park isn’t too far away as well as Rainbow Falls State Park and the incredible birding trail at Kaulana Manu. It was an unbelievable hidden birding song oasis

Mattress was obviously pretty old, soft. Bathroom amenities and fixture were acceptable, poor water pressure. Clean & maintained room, furnishings. TV access…… very difficult to get to any stations or streaming services. Laundry available was great. Pool was very nice, a bit warm.

Airport pick up was on time and efficient. Hotel is well maintained. We liked the free breakfast and beautiful pool. Staff are very helpful. We rent a car from the hotel reception which worked out perfectly. The only complain I have is the mattress in my room . It was saggy in the middle, kind of uneven.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and well stocked with soap, water, coffee/tea and shampoo. However, the bath tub had a slippery service and there were no safety bars installed. This is very dangerous for an older person. There were no room service menus so I had to walk down and order from the restaurant after which the waitress expected a tip along with my meal. Please put menus in the rooms and I will feel more like tipping. Otherwise, the place is great!

Great size room with balcony facing the street However, room & bathroom were very out dated and requires an upgrade. Bed was too soft for my liking and the pillows were super flat with the cushion on the bed had a very unpleasant smell. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
