Curtains torn, no coffee cups, light and gfi outlet in bathroom didn't work, couldn't use hair dryer. Most awful was dirty washcloth and hand towel. "We get there they start to put us in a room we hadn't reserved. They did get us in the right room. Maid service wasn't that great don't think they ever came in to check anything. Couch in the room was broke down. No hand soap in the bathroom."
