The hotel was just old and in need of updating. The tv was so small and the furniture is all nicked up and the carpet needed to be replaced . The room was smelly like old dust and mustiness.

Clean comfortable hotel. The pillows suck, but the pillows at about 99% of hotels suck. I always stay here anytime I go to Monett.

Had an issue with payment as the hotel over charged me when I booked though a 3rd party once I noticed the charge I tried calling the hotel with no luck! Thank goodness for said 3rd party or I would’ve have never gotten the money back. Property is cute and quiet, night staff was very friendly.

Before 9 there’s was no yogurt left and wasn’t stocked we asked and a few people after us too. 9 is too early to close breakfast. Staff in the am was not friendly.
