Majestic Vista Chalet is located one-half mile from the base of the ski area, and it's one of the few homes in Steamboat with a private indoor pool. But that's not nearly the only thing this entertainment retreat has to offer! In addition to the 40' indoor private pool are five en suite bedrooms, a private hot tub, pool table, foosball, private yard with horseshoe pits, outdoor basketball court, exercise room, and a basketball court in the driveway. All just steps away from the shuttle stop that takes you downtown or the resort base area in just minutes. 5,300 square feet of comfort, entertainment, and relaxation await you at Majestic Vista Chalet.

The lowest level is the entertainment hub where the pool, hot tub, game room, and fitness room are found (indoor hot tub currently closed - please use outdoor hot tub.) There are also two bedrooms located on the lowest level. The first is equipped with two queen beds and a private bathroom. The second has three twin over full bunk beds making this the perfect kiddo's HQ.

Grand gatherings occur on the second level with ski mountain views out the picture windows. In the living room, comforting couches are centered around a gas fireplace underneath a huge flat screen TV. The TV is so big even the chefs in the kitchen can catch every play on the big screen. Big groups plus big fun equals HUGE appetites. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen makes the task of feeding a large group of hungry Steamboaters smooth and efficient. Vast counter space, three sinks, endless storage, two ovens, four burner gas range, private grill on the deck, two dishwashers, and wide range of utensils make the meal prep from snacks to the last night's feast a breeze.

Dinner can be enjoyed around the live edge dining table with ski mountain views, at the breakfast bar or outside underneath the covered portion of the deck in the summertime. Total indoor dining seating for up to 22 people. When dinner is through, relax on the deck taking in the evening views as the sun sets on the mountains producing the stunning phenomenon known as Alpenglow.

There are three bedrooms on this level, all with King beds, private bathrooms, and exceptional views. The Primary suite has a private fireplace, large soaking tub, sizable flat screen TV, and deck access. The easily accessible upper level opens up into a wide loft with books, games and lounge area with sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV. A King bed and two twin beds provide more sleeping options in the loft. The loft hosts a private bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower. - Glass is not allowed in the pool/hot tub area. Plastic cups will be provided courtesy of Steamboat Lodging Company.
- The owner does occasionally bring their dog to the property, be aware for those who are sensitive.

Parking: There is room for two cars in a covered parking area & four in the driveway. The garage is used by the owners for storage and is not available for guest use.

Location: Located 1/2 mile from the base of Steamboat Ski Resort, the free city bus (purple line) stops a block and a half away from the end of the driveway every 20 minutes (during ski season) and takes passengers to the Gondola Transit Center, an additional city bus stop (red & blue line) is located 150 yards from the property, 2.5 miles from downtown Steamboat Springs, CO.
