Gondola House is truly a one-of-a-kind ski chalet that's just steps from some of the best skiing in Colorado. Perfectly located beside the gondola line, you'll cherish your Steamboat vacation with friends and family at this home.

Walk into the lower level and drop your gear here or in the private garage. On this level, you'll find the plush Primary Suite with a King bed, hotel style linens, and a walk out patio with private hot tub. You'll also find the perfect kids area on this level with multiple sleeping options and a private bathroom to call their own. Head upstairs to the main family area including an open living room, attached dining area, and fully updated kitchen. Sink into the plush couch and watch the gondola swish by from the picturesque windows. Chat with the chef in your group while they whip up dinner and enjoy time together at the large dining room table. You'll find two additional bedroom in the house on the upper level - a Queen suite and King bedroom - both with ample privacy and perfect mountain vistas. Finally, this home features a private carriage house above the garage that has a Queen Suite and small kitchenette.

Our favorite part of this house is the outdoor space including a bubbling private hot tub off the lower level Primary suite and the main level deck that's perfect for dining al fresco. Picture yourself here grilling a meal with family and friends and watching the gondola go by. It's dreamy if we do say so ourselves! This home is also within walking distance to the slopes of Steamboat Resort via a ten-foot maintained walkway, next to the Edgemont just an easy five-minute walk alongside Ski Trail lane.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on lower level, two Twin beds in the lower level second bedroom, Upper level Queen Suite and King in the upper level second bedroom plus a small 'sleeping nook' at the mid-level stairs with a Twin mattress - great for kids. Queen in the Carriage House above garage off of main house. Sleeps up to 10 guests (sleeping nook not counted).

Parking: There is room for one car in the heated garage & four in the driveway. This home has a steep driveway and/or neighborhood access roads that require 4WD in the winter months. Ski shuttle service available during ski season.
