Property didn’t look anything like its pictures. Parking was ridiculous per night. Hot water was turned off for the entire night we stayed. Room was small, smelled like mildew and smoke.

Freezing in my room

During the night the heat in my room went down to 58 degrees. I was freezing and told the manager at the desk I don’t want to pay for this night. She told me they cannot do that since it was booked through hotels.com. She comped 2 breakfasts which was not sufficient.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Walking distance to any and every store you can imagine. There's a Wawa right across the street. We will definitely be back at this hotel again.

Good hotel for a short business trip downtown DC. While it is an older hotel, it is in good shape with good location that is easy to get to and from and a very good gym for a hotel. What really stood out though was the service, from the time I walked in until the time I left they could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Was very quiet, calm and collective. Walking distance from most national monuments, if you don’t mind and like walking. Only a 25 minute walk to white and and 35 minute walk to Lincoln Memorial and so on.

The staff was really nice, but the facilities were very old and outdated. My daughter and both left with extremely stuffy noses. Also, the bathroom could have used more attention. Parking was $60 and I had to park it myself in a creepy garage.
