The Checking in process with Tracy was efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. However the toilet was extremely low. The breakfast order line was extremely long and slow. Therefore opted for the buffet selections. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Checked in later than expected but process was smooth, no hassle. Room was better than expected at short notice, no bedbugs no dirty stained sheets, very clean. Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the weekend the only thing that I was concerned about is the parking why do the people paying to stay in the hotel have to pay for parking I feel that should come with the stay

We did not do the breakfast. Room was clean. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Parking was fine. It was difficult using the luggage cart because we had to lift it up the curb and entry into the room.
