We arrived to a locked reception area. Prompting the question of safety. The room was dusty with crumbs and bug carcuses behind the headboard. The bed just passed inspection. The phone did not work, rendering a travel to the office for any questions to include the iron. Yes our hot tub was hot enough. The room was in need of a good cleaning cosmetic repair.

This place was absolutely disgusting. There was mold growing everywhere. The sheets were dirty and covered in stains. The floor was not cleaned at all. There was dried toothpaste and hair in the bathroom sink. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. The staff at the front desk got a horrible attitude with me when i told him the issues with the room. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The hotel was run down and dirty. The staff was accommodating when we asked to switch to a different room. In the second room, the heat didn't work and had to be replaced. That ordeal took about 2 hours in 30 degree temps. The shower had pubic hair in it. The hairdryer was coated in something brown
This was the thickness of the bed covering. It was also stained. There was 1 thermal blanket for 2 beds
