"Was great. Front desk staff are super nice! Everything is clean and new. Only downside is that the rooms are very noisy. I could hear the conversation in the room next, no problem - they weren’t being especially loud or anything. Was great for a quick overnight next to the airport"

"Air-conditioning was not working room was humid. It was Keith's birthday and staff said something would be setup for him. Nothing ever was setup. We still enjoy this hotel but our experience was not 5 star as usual. Pool had rules no music snd very small and over crowded. We invited friends to come stay at the Omni to celebrate his birthday and things were mentioned about how small snd crowded pool was. Kids were splashing us and made it hard to relax and enjoy our friends. Hopefully next time is better. Beautiful hotel ♡"

"The room and property was clean overall but it’s all out dated. The A/C didn’t work well in the room. If you need a microwave you have to go up to the 25th floor which is ridiculous as we were on the 9th floor. The valet took over 45 minutes to get our car for us when we were leaving. When outside there are nasty homeless people everywhere. The coffee shop downstairs was pretty good though. Would consider going back after updates."
