Room was clean and tidy, plenty of space. Towels, toiletries are provided. The room also has a kettle, tea, coffee, and a smart TV which you can cast to. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is plenty of lounge space and activities on the ground floor. Lovely stay!

"Updates to the rooms and property are ongoing, but the one thing I love most about this hotel is the accessibility to Heathrow terminal 5 via the Heathrow Pods. Rooms are small, which makes them not suitable for someone with a large wheelchair (mine is relatively small). Staff are super friendly and helpful."
