I would expect uniformly helpful and pleasant interactions with the staff of the front desk. Some folks were great, a oleasure to deal with. Others were on the abrasive and unhelpful side. I should add the folks at Monte’s were always pleasant, eelcoming and helpful. As were the van/shuttle drivers."
