"While the location was convenient, my overall experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, parking was unnecessarily confusing. Guests must either navigate a complicated parking garage or pay for valet service. I opted for valet to avoid the frustration of trying to figure out the garage. The hotel itself did not feel as clean or well-maintained as I expected. Our room could have been in better condition, and the lighting was so dim that it made the space feel uninviting. One of the biggest frustrations, however, was simply navigating the property. The layout was confusing and made getting around far more difficult than it should have been. When I stay at a hotel, I expect convenience, comfort, and ease. Instead, I found myself frustrated by basic aspects of the experience, from parking and navigation to the overall condition of the room. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet my expectations."

"The stay was nice. The parking was kind of confusing if you’re only staying for one night it’s no point to do valet especially if you’re gonna use like Uber. I booked a city view room, but I really didn’t enjoy the view that I got the room was clean. Check in and checkout was pretty fast. Really close to everything also"
