"I loved my room. What a gorgeous view of the city, particularly at night. Conveniently located next to the convention center. The kitchen is so handy, and Whole Foods is just a few doors down. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved it!"

"Moxy is a sexy hotel brand and this property did not disappoint. Registration/front desk is on the top level which while a tad confusing on arrival, it treats you to a beautiful view of Charlotte. There’s also plenty of games to play during your stay. Our room was efficient and on the smaller side, but it had everything we needed: comfortable bed and a relaxing bathroom. One evening, we had a drink at the bar while an R&B music event was filling the rooftop with delight and it was very enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for a short trip for its’ location and amenities."

"Our stay was good, bathroom was not as clean as we had hoped. I had already paid on Expedia and was charged again by the hotel, thankfully I got a refund but it was still inconvenient to have to go back and forth with staff for a refund."

"Everyone was nice from the front desk people, the bartender, the breakfast crew all of them! The bed was soooo comfy. Like I want to bring it home with me. Only minor details that were slightly annoying but not enough to change my stars... -The pool was small and the filter broke so it was a bit murky. They were cleaning and checking on it. So no biggie but we didn't use it. - The snack pantry was over priced. A bottle of water that was bought at Walmart was $4. But we were sort of at the mercy of the pantry at times because there were not many other options. However, it was a great stay. If you are going to something at the Bank of America plan on walking! 😀"
