It started off with no TV at check in. She asked me about the breakfast and I said I would take one. Then I went to my room and it seemed cold so I turned up the temp on the thermostat to 72 the room was showing 63. When I woke up around 2am the temp had actually gone down to 62 not up. When to breakfast and found out that I was suppose to get some voucher at check in. After getting voucher from desk. I was disappointed to find a standard continental breakfast. There wasn’t even coffee at the breakfast bar. Needless to say I had a snack not really breakfast.

This hotel is always clean. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is amazing. The pool is exceptional. The hot tub is great. We just love staying there every time we’re in the Chicago area.

The staff was very welcoming and attentive unfortunately, the bathtub was clogged. A water man broke which I know it’s out of their control, but they were under a water boil advisory and they did provide us with two water bottles complementary but I wish they would’ve notified us before the time of check-in. The microwave also had some food debris that was not cleaned off. There was a lamp in the room that was out and the TV lost signal at night due to Internet issues.
