Great room, hotel and experience for the price ($81.00), would definitely stay there again. Loved the green chile at breakfast. Very convenient to I-25 without feeling ghetto. Just what I needed in order to avoid a treacherous drive in bad weather.

Room was not clean floor was not vacuumed. Bed had gradded cheese and other food crumbs. Ceiling has large water damage and the popcorn celing was falling on floor and bed. Bed had hairs on all covera uncluding sheets. Ahower was not clean had hairs in wall. Whole property lacked cleaning and proper maintenance. Sauna would not work at all.

I failed to calculate the time zone difference. Yes, this was my responsibility. However I was shocked on how big of a unfriendly person the lady at the front desk was. I asked to check in an hour early. She didnt even bother to check if the room was ready. But so kindly offered me a $50 early check in fee. I mean u have a job because customers like myself r spending our money at your establishment. U can't even make any effort? Really? So naturally my son and I decided to occupy the lobby in direct view of her. With all our luggage and stinky road trip clothes. For an hr. Your kindness and dedication to your job is non existent. I truly hope u get fired.

Beautiful, comfortable, despite the loud noise which awakened us middle of sleep. It was the refrigerator and we moved it to look behind the noise and it stopped on its own. Otherwise it was nice.

it is the best place to stay in santa fe for the money. Nothing fancy or upscale. The room was clean, breakfast was pretty good, the hotel overall was clean, maybe a little dated, but for the money its very nice!
