"The bathrooms are pathetic. Toilet is designed for a person the size of a ten year old, very small and are in the same room as make up and toiletries. Room was ok otherwise. Not worth the amount you charge."

"The property is pretty and the rooms are large and well appointed. The Lavazza coffee maker was a plus! We enjoyed sitting by the fountain and walking the property. Our night was a bit noisy, as we could hear the baby next door crying, as well as the parents moving chairs and other furniture around. Once they settled, we slept well. The bed was wooden and creaky, but fairly comfortable. The bed next door at the Marina Beach Inn, the sister property, was more comfortable. However, The Franciscan has a more elaborate breakfast, and the protein choices were appreciated. It was a lovely stay overall."

"First thing staff, Gloria was great, Super nice, helpful, polite, and willing to go out her way to make guests comfortable. Rooms nice the only thing I didn’t like are the doors, can hear everything outside so I’m sure they can hear everything inside walking by."
