The staff is beyond sweet. The location was decently close to the airport. The lagoon is amazing and our room looked right into it. Definitely the highlight of our trip.

From the moment I go to the room, the bathroom had trash inside. The carpet was dirty and unvaccumed. I contacted guest services and told them about the problem. They never came to clean the room after I asked them multiple times. They left two brand new trash bags on the door handle and expected us to take out the mess and clean the room. I took pictures to show the condition of the room and how dirty it was. There were spider webs and dust by the AC. The mirrors were very dirty, I definitely would not recommend. The only good thing was the included breakfast. I regret paying almost $600 for two nights.

Room smelled like mildew and musty, carpet felt so dirty and nasty. They said they upgraded us to a new room and it wasn’t any better. Will not stay here again. Doors slamming at 6 am and it continued for hours. Overall horrible experience for us.

Thought I was in Hawaii with the beautiful grounds

Great property. Our room had been redone and was very clean. Good mattress. The grounds were very well kept. The waterlily pond was gorgeous! Price more reasonable than by the beach area. Free parking!

The young gentleman that checked me in was amazing. And the ladie at the breakfast room was amazing, caring and went above and beyond. Ramada is lucky to have her assisting the guests. I loved watching her interacting with the guest.

Great pool and hot tub that are very clean with nice warm water. The continental breakfast was way better than expected with eggs, sausage and pancakes available. The staff that prepared the breakfast was exceptionally attentive to their guests and the food. Will be back again!
