"The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was really good. It was convenient having Starbucks for coffee and breakfast plus you could get food in the evening and drinks. Great location! Close to airport and the 205."

"Renovated room was comfortable. Parking was great. The only downside of our stay was the guy who was smoking next door to us and the cigarette odor lingered into our room. I told the front desk clerk but nothing came of it, because he was still smoking. Thankfully we left the next day."

"Wonderful staff and exceptional manager! Only issue was tub drained slow and needed to be cleared, along with the sink and there was some long hair strands stuck to the wall behind the bathroom waste basket. BUT these were extremely MINOR and the CARE AND KINDNESS OF TYE STAFF made me not only feel welcome but safe and slept WONDERFULLY! I will absolutely stay here again! Thank you to the outstanding staff for your kindness and professionalism. "

"The property was very close to Disneyland and had a shuttle to the park which was great. The drivers were very courteous and prompt. However, my room had gnats flying around it especially in the bathroom. The bathroom has not been upgraded so there was rust around the shower/bath plug. I also had to call the front desk because my coffee maker didn't work. As I was leaving the property very early to get to Disneyland when it opened, I couldn't get coffee. When I called the front desk about the gnat problem and the broken coffee maker, she said they would remedy the situation later that morning. When I got home from Disneyland at 1 a.m., I saw that there were still gnats in the room and no one had been in to replace my coffee maker. I again told the front desk when I checked out this morning, so hopefully things will be taken care of for the next guest"
