I am not one to leave reviews but this was a very disappointing stay. Checked in for "pool" view. Hotel quite full apparently so got room they typically don't use- tiny window dark room felt like dungeon. They did change room after 2 days but that should be discounted room or not used at all. It was terrible. Check out. Bill was wrong. double charged for valet parking on 3 of 4 nights ( 2x $69 plus tax per night). There is no option to not use valet. Delays at check out to sort this out. Told they will update bill and refund . Arrive home and review new bill one night of double parking has been removed and other 2 nights of double charge now combined into one charge on bill. Hotel location was good. Lobby was nice. Pool doesn’t get sun at all in the day. I would definitely choose another hotel. There are many choices in that area.

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. I travel with my daughter.Overall it was very cleaned and the valet guys super friendly. The only thing that was confused was the wifi. When I booked it said the wifi was free and when I try connecting it said I had to pay a fee daily. It was super annoying because I was try to changed my flight and I had to go outside to do it.
