Stunning 3 BD San Diego Getaway w/ 3 Balconies!

This 3 BR/3 BA townhome has everything you need! Whether you are traveling with a family, as a couple, or just by yourself, you are certain to feel at home. Large parking space in the rear allows for any size car, as well as a garage that can fit one vehicle, and free street parking. We are just a few blocks from Mission Bay/Fanuel Park (a great place to relax), and 5 blocks to the beach! We are in from the heart of Pacific Beach which has plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore!

This townhome is part of a 4 unit complex and was recently professionally refurnished and upgraded. The 1st floor contains one bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom, and garage entry. The 2nd floor includes a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full bathroom, spacious living room, kitchen, balcony, dining area, a nest thermostat, and a washer/dryer. The 3rd floor is the luxury master bedroom with a king and queen bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. *Please note - currently, the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom is not available for use.* The room also boasts its own private outdoor balcony, with access to the spiral staircase to the private rooftop patio. High-Speed Fiber Optic wireless internet is great throughout the entire home for browsing, streaming, or working from home.

Wonderful house!

This is a clean and tastefully designed home with all we needed for a great stay in San Diego. It is conveniently located with a short walk to the beach, and short drives to key attractions. We loved hanging out on the rooftop deck which gave us a 360 view of all the July 4 fireworks. We highly recommend this house.

Clean and Excellent Service

Place is spotless and communication / service were excellent. Easy access. Comfortable beds, and kitchen is fully equipped. It's important to emphasize that this is a 3-story unit. The bottom two stairs inside are tricky as you leave, and we let management know.

Our stay here was incredible. As the title states, the location was amazing -- just a quick walk to the beach. The house was immaculate and extremely clean and the host always responded within minutes. Highly recommend!!

Fabulous, modern, clean and close to everything.

Fantastic property. It was Modern and very clean. A short walk to a nice beach with a board walk. Even shorter walk to restaurants and stores. Easy drive to attractions. 2 assigned parking spots with one in a garage. We enjoyed each bedroom/bathroom having its own level. It gave my grown son some privacy when he wanted it. Huge TVs were nice to watch in the evenings. The rooftop had great views and plexiglass to block the wind. It was nice sitting on the balcony for coffee as well. Beautifully decorated. So pleasant. They provided plenty of the basics we needed like laundry detergent, dish detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. A great experience all around. I will definitely stay there again!

Great place for family and friends

We rented the home with our young children and another family. It was large and each room was on a different floor, which allowed for privacy. The bedrooms are good sized, each has a television and it’s own bathroom. Location is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Home was clean and stocked with all the essentials. We would recommend!

Great place and great host

We loved this place and it was exactly what we were looking for! We had more than enough space and the decks were great for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The location is perfect, everything you need is within walking distance. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation. We will definitely be back.

Loved this place

We had stayed for 2 weeks and had several family members stay with us ranging from 1 year, 3 year, 13, 18 and several adults. The Multiple floors, baths and bed rooms gave the families the ability to remain together while also providing separation when needed which made place is very versatile. The location is perfect as it is very close to local establishments and close enough to walk to the beach. Parking was perfect for the multiple families. All of the amenities worked perfectly, it's a great stay and worth a visit.
