"We were visiting family in Bristol for the holidays and used Founders Brook as our home base for five nights. The property is close to Portsmouth’s downtown area and a hop over the bridge to Bristol. We had some of the best sleep we’ve had in years and felt very at home. This is the fourth time we have stayed here and each time we notice improvements. Love the complimentary toiletries!!"

"Excellent communication with the host. The house is nicely set up for a vrbo, clean, thoughtful, decluttered set up. We appreciated bedding and towels being provided. Safe area. There was space for four adults and two dogs. Friendly service in local establishments.We enjoyed easy drive to Newport and easy 35-40 minutes to Providence"

"Our stay in Bristol over Christmas was lovely. The host had fantastic communication prior and post stay, answering any questions we had. The home was so very cozy. The weather was extremely cold and we warmed up in comfy couches in front of the gas fireplace each morning for coffee. We had a 2 year old along and the house was perfect for our group size and needs. We did a lot of cooking and found everything we required in the well stocked kitchen. The house was right in town and a block from the water. Bristol is so charming and was decorated with lights for the season. All in all a fantastic stay."
