Chris and other members of Concierge team were very friendly and welcoming. Front staff were okay but didnt offer any info about the hotel such as options for breakfast or that there is a terrace. We liked the location, walkable to most sites. Pool, hot tub and sauna were a good bonus.

Bright,clean, modern airport hotel with free shuttle and cheerful staff. I found it helpful that I could extend my check out time by several hours for a reasonable price. This is a great hotel feature as my 16hr flight to Australia departs 10:50 pm . Most hotels have a 11am check out.
