"We stayed here for 3 days and liked it enough to come back for another night at the end of our trip. The location is great—right near the Piazza Navona and convenient to a taxi stand. The rooms are pleasant, very clean and functional. The a/c works great—very important when Rome is 95! The common space is very small but breakfast is very good. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The beds are comfortable—also very important."

"This is a little B & B not a hotel. We were dropped off and surprised as it was inside an apartment building. But boy once we went inside it was lovely! We got to experience an authentic night in Rome. Thankful our journey took us to this little B&B. We had an early morning flight and our host took care of setting up transportation and even made sure we had a bite of breakfast early morning. She gave us tips on where to shop and even set up dinner reservations."

"Location is great. Easy access to all the sites, restaurants and shops. We had the suite but it was tight quarters. The room/decor has not been updated in decades. The sink in the master had to be unclogged during our stay, but the staff was responsive and took care of it when we alerted them to the issue. The washer and dryer both didn’t work and it appeared they were that way for a while. We couldn’t shower in the main shower because the tub was so narrow our feet had to be one behind the other instead of side by side. The tub also had remnants of some past stains (blood?) that we were leery of. The beds were comfy and the rooms were dark and quiet. Great for resting/sleeping after a long day of walking. No tv :-( but wifi worked well. We arrived late and thanks to another guest staying there we were able to get our keys out of the main office. The codes we were given to access property were old and no one would answer the after hours phone number on the instruction sheet to help. Very stressful and disappointing! Not sure that we would stay here again unless rooms were updated."
