The customer Service Was Awesome! Ms. Nikki made us feel right at home. She was very polite, and she kept us laughing everytime we came across one another. The Rooms was very clean, I loved it! Only thing the hotel disnt have a pool. But they had a sister hotel walking distance with a pool. The pool was down while we was on our stay. But overall it was a great stay! Will be booking again!๐Ÿ˜Š

The property was an extended-stay hotel, which was not made plain. I would have stayed in a hotel that served breakfast and was closer to stores. The hotel was under construction on the first floor. I booked two full beds and was changed to a queen suite. The air-conditioning die not work. I was offered another room, but when I put the key in the door, the safety slide lock was engaged and there was still guests in that room. So, I had to go back to the room where the air-conditioning did not work. I was provided a box fan, so at least the air could circulate. I think the room should have been comped for that night. That said, the staff who were present went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible.

The people who worked there were very friendly which was the best part of our stay. We liked the style of the room, it was nice to have the bedroom separate, and a mini kitchen with a fridge, sink, dishwasher, stove-top and a microwave. The room wasn't very clean. The counter in the kitchen was dirty. The bathtub had some oil or something all in it and the toilet banged against the wall really loud when you get up. The carpet looked like it had not been fully cleaned for ages, and the air conditioner looked filthy where the air is blowing from. There was also a bad smell of mildew or something in the room. We wiped it down with clorox and dealt with it for two nights, but do not plan on returning.

No housekeeping

Room was OK, no real definition between sleeping area and kitchen area. No housekeeping unless you stay for more than 6 nights. So this may be a good deal for someone staying one night but not a good deal for some one staying 4 or 5 nights. No complimentary breakfast. So what is there to comment on when essentially there was no service except for someone at the front desk to say hello to.
