Initial check in was good, however, upon returning from dinner we were told that we would not be able to stay the night as there was a water main break in the hotel, we were informed that there were no other hotel rooms available in the area, and the hotel check in person was unwilling to help us locate a place to spend the night. However , after spending 15 minutes on the phone I was able to secure two rooms within 5 miles of the original hotel. All of this is not what we expected after driving for 12 hours.

The property, the service, excellent. Friday 11/4, her shift ended at 3pm. the svc agent did a marvelous job helping me out with all of our arrangements. Surprised my daughter, mission accomplished. The svc agent on Sat 11/5 when i arrived was so pleasant and ready for us. This visit as i said was spectacular!! Many thanks to everone this weekend. Breakfast/good.

Made reservations. But lost credit card next day reported it stolen. Got to motel could not check in. And was made to call reservations to update credit card info that took 20 minutes If it was not 11:30 at night would have went to different hotel

Clean room, friendly staff. Was a brief stay but thus hiyel met my needs. Did not use any amenities. Onky have full breakfast M-F which makes no sense
