Disgusting

After I checked in, I went to my room. The decor was very drab. It looked like a low rent motel somewhere in the Midwest and next to nowhere. The hot water never turned hot in the shower. It stayed cold for 15 minutes. However, the water in the bathroom sink was scolding hot. When I called the front desk, they were basically unconcerned and said they would have someone “check into it.” I got dressed and checked out immediately and canceled the reservation. They still have not refunded me my money for the five days. I had already scheduled to be there. Do not go to a Ramada hotel. It’s like going somewhere in a Third World country. Actually that’s an insult with our country hotel. Some of those were better than where I was at the Ramada Hotel.

There is potential..

The hotel is a little outdated and could be cleaner. The hot water was only semi hot for one person, the 2nd shower had all cold, manager said maintenance was working on it, but day 2, same thing happened. We paid for the jacuzzi suite and it was ok, but will not come back.

Was really looking forward to hot shower but the water was never truly hot. It was just kinda warm at best for a few moments at a time. Front desk said they fixed it and that nothing was wrong. Pictures do not represent rooms or gym at all. Over 300 dollars for deluxe room and the jacuzzi was stained yellow, brown debris and a bug floated up from drain. Tub jets filthy. Tears in carpet, dirty walls, missing lights. The gym is closet sized with equipment squeeze in. Checked in and left. Was unable to get refund and chose to sleep in car for two days in less than 30 degrees temperatures. Also the window did not lock and could easily be opened from outside. Unsafe, unclean, do not go here. Undoubtably one of the most stressful visits.

Shower time

We came for one night for a tournament one of my daughters was playing a couple streets over. The price was good but obviously too good to be true. Definitely not worth what we spent. There was a questionable stain on the carpet as well as one of the blankets on the bed (we arrived late and didn’t notice either till the next morning). My husband then was going to take a quick shower in the morning before we left for the tournament and he ended up having taking a bird bath with FREEZING COLD WATER. There was no hot water in the shower/bath or even the sink. Will definitely be avoiding this place next time we have a tournament in this area.
