"Housekeeping banged on my door at 9:45 am & asked if I wanted service. Since I was awaken & had to get up to go to the door, I advised the maid & the supervisor with her that the bathroom soap dispenser on the sink was empty. The supervisor said she would have it replaced right away. She never did. A day later - still no replacement."

"The room just wasn't clean. Stains on couch and chairs. It was a "nonsmoking room" But the people in the next room were smoking so much weed we had to be moved, The manager was helpful in this regard but it left a bad impression and Id never go back."

"We were in town for our son’s college graduation. I liked the location of our room. I believe we were on the third floor in the front of the hotel. However, our bathroom body wash dispenser was completely empty. A clean and comfortable bed on which to sleep, and soap to shower after a long travel and leisure day, are most important to have in a hotel that prides itself on providing upscale amenities. There were also two large stains on the wall next to our bed. We expected better from Marriot. We used the coffee maker for hot water to make tea as well as the iron. I appreciated the shower and toilet were separate from the vanity and mirror which made it easier for us to get dressed. I would not stay there again."

"It was nothing short of fantastic everything about it from the check in at the front desk. The young guy with long hair, who works in the afternoon was fantastic. I can’t remember his name but he was very helpful on everything. The room was super clean lots of space the shower worked great. The bed was comfortable very clean. We couldn’t find anything to complain about because everything was perfect. We will definitely be staying there again. The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. Job well done by everyone there from maintenance to the front desk and breakfast was great large assortment of fresh food. I can’t say enough about this place."
