"I was checked into a dirty room by Mr.DILIP when I arrived after 4pm. Though he was courteous and remedied the issue, this should not have happened. The room had a pizza box and the bed was not made up with trash on the floor. The wifi did not work so I couldn’t get on to the Internet for some work I needed to do. Overall, a very poor stay"

"There was no staff when I arrived. I took an envelope w my last name on it from the front desk and followed to my room. There was no interaction with any human being so I had no clue what to expect. I even missed the free breakfast because there is no one to give any information. Room is great with a backdrop of the mountains and moon. I loved the aesthetics of the bedroom & bathroom. Very clean. Not sure Abe gym or pool."
