"This is an affordable, well-located property. We stayed here while visiting Laguna Beach and the drive was fine. The property is well maintained. I love that they include a microwave in the room. They provide soap, shampoo and conditioner. We've stayed here twice and I'll return next time I vacation in the area."

"This place Would have gotten a 5 star if it weren’t for the check out staff. Very rude, was running behind on checking out 30 min and asked if we Could check out at 12:00 instead, disappointed to say the check out front desk bitterly replied with “it will be a $150 fee for checking out 1 hour later”. Quite honestly that left a bitter after taste to the hotel for me. The hotel was in nice condition and some of the staff was very nice and welcoming."

"Enjoyed our time. It is a really basic accommodation. Not dirty but not super clean either. But the price is right and the location is good. There are trolley stops right outside that allow easy travel into town. The north beach is walking distance and the sunsets are great. Didn’t really interact with staff other than the friendly breakfast staff. Breakfast was basic but we did enjoy the option of toast and packaged guacamole. The pool is adequate and they cleaned it while we were there. We stayed in the outer building and the hallways are super loud and have echo. So you hear everyone walking past really loudly. So bring ear plugs. Overall it did the job. And we would return."
