My room was clean. Front desk was nice. I love that they now have the text feature if you need anything. I took off a star for breakfast.... No meat, eggs or anything high protein to hold you. Coffee taste instant. Will be back!

Microtel Allowed early check in & staff is friendly. Comfortable bed. Conveniently located near Hwy and there is a gas station/convenience store located next door. Back entrance near accessible rooms not working. Said parts on order - couldn’t say for how long Toilet not clean upon arrival No coffee maker in room Very limited continental breakfast in lobby Room Cleanliness and functional level isn’t unacceptable, but it needs improvement! Conditions not what I usually see at Wyndham properties, but room was cheaper than other nearby establishments. Tried to call from room for a Wake up call? Phone did not work and staff did not seem surprised about this when I Went to front desk to ask for working phone. Promptly offered a wake up knock- asked if I could just trade non op phone for working phone - “no” - again offered wake up knock. Told them a knock not likely to roust me. Said wake up knock all that was available- assume they don’t pay to have phones active. I was in an accessible room with a roll in shower. Room 101 - noisy as it is near loud back door that only works as an exit and is VERY loud when it Slams shut leads to stairs outside.

The three police cars were called. Pretty sure the hotel is allowing illegal activity to happen. I had a reservation with pay at the property. They tried to charge the card i had on file before i even got there. ???? My flight was delayed they leave a voicemail saying if im not there by midnight my reservation is canceled??? My assumption is they need the open rooms for hourly paying cash customers

apart from me having a great stay. i left my airpods at the hotel after taking their shuttle to the airport. they literally came back to the airport and brought me my airpods. great people and great service. i am very grateful.

Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Check in was smooth. If you’re looking for basic and affordable this is your place. Definitely not high end. The included breakfast was pretty lame - no tea bags/hot cocoa- just coffee and (ironically) hot water, no cereals/oatmeal packets, no regular bread or English muffins- just plain bagels, cream cheese and one waffle iron.
