Hotel stated that the checking is at 3:00 pm. We arrived at 3:30 pm, they made me wait for 1 1/2 hrs. There is not a disclosure of aN extra parking in any area of the hotel, even google mentioned that parking is free.

Great location by the airport. Great Thai street food restaurant in the retail center. The hotel checking and lobby was fine. We got settled in and saw that the TV didn’t work. We called the front desk. They gave no timetable for fixing and it never got fixed. The shower curtain barely touched the tub so water pours out when you shower. The room was so dirty. The carpet felt damp. There was dust covering the return air vent. We found a vacuum in the hall and tried to clean it as our allergies were terrible. There was black gunk on the window sills. Hair in the bathroom. Corners and wall bases were visibly dirty. The garbage disposal did not work. The pool was closed with no explanation or notice. So disappointed.

The property was nice and it was near some good stores and attractions. The only issue I had was with the room door it had a big gap in between it as if the door had been broken down or broken into before. I literally stuck my hotel card through the gap and let myself into my own room which was very disturbing. It meant basically anyone could come into my room at any time.

Nice hotel

My kids and I had a wonderful experience here. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and the pool table. We will definitely return back.

The most friendly staff anywhere.

I've never written a review before but the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and convenient. We will return here when in the area

Great accomodations!

Room was beautiful and comfortable.  Pool and patio area were a great place to hang out and relax.  Staff was very pleasant.  The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the pool in the lobby/bar area was pretty cool.  Would definitely stay again!

This hotel has exceptional staff, a fantastic breakfast buffet and is very clean. Already planning our next get-away to Raleigh and will definately be staying here!!
