Price was good. Room stunk of tobacco smoke, and yet it was to be a no smoking room. Obviously not enforced or cleaned properly. Never again.

I arrived to check in about 9:30pm. When I went to check in, I was prepared with cash as your policy said I could. I was told that I couldnt so I had to go to Walmart to get a visa card which I did. When I returned at 10pm the office was closed. Office hours said they would be open until 11pm. I called as well as 4 other people who were trying to check in. This is no way to do business and very unprofessional. U became very frustrated and decided not to patronize this business after standing outside for 30 minutes. I also called their headquarters expressing the same sentiments.

Somewhat disappointed that they don't have a shuttle to the airport since the airport is like 5 minutes away from here. I thought the whole point of having a hotel by an airport was so you can have access to the airport easier.

Booked through Travelocity. Called and told them we were running late. Finally got to the hotel and got our room which was filthy and smelled like smoke.

We had requested two rooms. One room was fine. The second room had old underwear in it. They gave us a different room. When we opened the door to the new second room, it had not been cleaned and beds were not made. The office provided another room, as the replacement had not been cleaned. The third room looked fine until we found a live bug crawling on the fitted sheet. We left. We did not stay the night. Instead, we found a better and more clean hotel for $100 more than we paid for extended stay.
