Most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Went to location we booked and they did not have our room. Offered us a smoking room. They sent us to second location several miles away. We arrived late and went straight to bed. I should have checked room first. Mirrors filthy with stuff smeared on them. One bed smelled of urine which prompted me to look under mattress cover. Giant urine spot, not cleaned just covered with mattress cover. Other bed had dirt and filth under mattress cover. There was a guy in parking lot drugged out of his mind. I'll never stay in an Extended Stay again anywhere.

Broken smoke detector, broken tv, toilet didn't flush, no soap.looked clean but smelled old and musty. Didn't even stay in the room for more then 10 minutes.

Gave me an uncleaned room... had been used.

Pros: nothing
Cons: tear it down and start over...
Location: decent location.... near shops, food, Target.
Came in late at night. They did not have room I reserved. Went in & TV was on... porn. Shower had empty shampoo and razor cover in it. cigarette ashes on bathroom counter (in non-smoking room.) No towels, washcloths at all. Furniture was broken. Got new room. It was clean, but pretty beat up & TV did not work well. Pretty sure elevator is a death trap. I would never recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I would warn them against it! Awful experience.

Terrible and the worst hotel

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Almost everything.
This hotel is the worst hotel I had lived, smoking smell in the room, bathroom ceiling was dropped, unable to get internet by my apple notebook, have to wait 3 pm to check in .... I hope you to choose other hotels and do not have the same experience as me.

Go somewhere else

The customer service at ESA was absolutely appalling. My room was not cleaned for two weeks, even after I complained. Several times the hotel shuttle forgot to pick me up and left me in outside over 100F heat, once for over two hours. They refused to send a taxi to pick me up, and did not even apologise for their poor service. I moved to a different hotel as soon as I could.

The room they gave us was not clean...bed not even made, rqstd non-smoking due to serious allergy room 2 supposed to be non smk, room 3 the only one left still reaked of smoke. Toilet did not flush, when front desk contacted he said ""what do you want me to do about it"" I rqstd a plunger that was worthless. Next morning they used a snake, did not clean the toilet or the floor after. On the day they cleaned, they still did not clean the toilet. Because it was booked as a package I did not think I could change hotels. Oh & they tried to kick us out 3 days early because of a clerical error!
