I am a loyal patron of Aloft hotels so I don't want to complain but I do want to make you aware of my most recent stay. I stayed at your property near RDU in Raleigh. I was only in for a one night stay. When I woke up to shower before checking out I couldn't get the shower to work at all. Couldn't budge the handle. I got dressed and checked out. I informed the desk clerk who simply said "I'll notify maintenance , would you like a receipt ?" I thought I might be offered something. Perhaps another empty room to shower or a credit for future use since all you rent hotel rooms for are the bed and the bathroom and mine didn't work. That's it . I do like your hotels and I've stayed at your properties in various cities and will again in the future. I just thought you would want to know since you send out reviews for feedback.

We had a great stay overall! The room was on the smaller side, but it was very clean and well-kept, which we appreciated. What really stood out was the excellent customer service the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. They even had fun Halloween events going on, which added a festive and enjoyable touch. We loved that! The only thing we would have changed is getting a larger room, but aside from that, everything else was fantastic. Would definitely consider staying again!
