"Room was small, which we already knew when we booked. Overall clean and functional. Just some issues for the hotel to consider: (1) the light/movement sensor in the bathroom was set at, an estimated 10-15 seconds? It's super annoying to have to keep waving my arms whilst showering. (2) The air conditioning was a bit strange - didn't seem to work on our first night so we were really cold and then worked too well on the second night and we got too warm. And we tried all kinds of settings to no avail. But other than these two issues, this is a clean and functional hotel and for short stays of a max of 2 nights, it should be ok. "

"We stayed at QT Queenstown for 6 nights as part of our honeymoon, and it was truly the best hotel experience of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail and level of service were exceptional. There was always someone available to help with anything we needed, and the entire team made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was absolutely amazing, with an incredible view of the lake. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the things we loved most was the experience in the lobby. Every morning we were welcomed with delicious pastries, and the dulce de leche croissant is a must try. In the afternoon they offered wine and cheeses, and in the evening whisky and chocolate. Coming back to the hotel after a full day of activities was always something to look forward to. What made this experience even more special were the thoughtful touches in the room. We would always find personalized notes along with chocolates, wine, bath bombs. They truly went above and beyond to make every moment feel unique. We loved our stay so much that we actually decided to change our itinerary and book QT Auckland for the final days of our honeymoon. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it, especially for a special occasion like a honeymoon."

"There were no restaurants & bars open in the evening, the terrace area was dirty & had mould spots, there was no microwave or meal preparation facilities which was disappointing given the restaurants were closed."
