Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean with a great mountain view. We only stayed one night. If staying longer we would miss having facilities to make breakfast in the room (bowls etc) and there’s not really anywhere other than the bed to sit. Very comfortable bed though and loved that we could turn the heated towel rack on ourselves (first place we’ve stayed where we could do that!).

Room was basically an apartment. Everything you could possibly need. In hindsight I wish I had used this hotel for the whole trip instead of transferring to one in queenstown. Would have been easy just to visit Queenstown daily by bus

This was a great stay with fantastix views. The hotel could benifit from a resturant but the reception was well stocked with things that could be prepared in your room. Shops were around 30 mims walk away. Stuidos have every thing to cook and prepare food. They have the added bonus of a wadhing nachine and dryer in the vathroom. Over all this was a great stay..

Very clean and big rooms. The hotel is also nice but the parking is an issue if you arrive late at the hotel. We had to pay $10 for one night to park across the street at Salvation Army. Also, this is a 10-15 min drive from Downtown Queenstown. You would need a car to get around.

Noise- people check in late and around mid night, it woke me up multiple times on multiple days. There is no sign to say to be quiet and to be considerate to other guests. There is also nothing in the terms and conditions to say. If the rooms cannot be made sound proof, these signs should be made visible.

Clean and comfortable room. The laundry in room was great. Parking is a little iffy, but does work, and the staff is super nice. There is a little store, but no restaurant on site so if you’re hungry after your flight, stop and eat first. Absolutely beautiful views!!
