Loved my stay in Queenstown

Location was amazing - short (albeit hilly!) walk into town, but super easy to get about, and the view from the room was STUNNING. nice spacious room - had bath-tub, fridge, and tea / coffee provided. Didn't have the breakfast myself, but bar and restaurant area looked nice. Staff very friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything - would return!

The hotel room was ok but I probably wouldn't stay there again. The stairwell smelled awful, the room was dated. The staff was amazing. Breakfast at the restaurant is expensive for what you get.

Lovely hotel

Great hotel/motel. Our chalet room was in a building where the room was accessed from the outside. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage upstairs and we were on the 4th floor. The view was amazing! We overlooked the lake, trees and the city. Breakfast was good. The hotel is located at the top of a hill to the main restaurants below. Walking back is a work out!

Filthy Room

Carpark is a mess - safer to park on the road. Room was extremely filthy. There was mould all over the bathroom ceiling, women’s make up on the bathroom door, a piece of dirty string for a laundry line, shower curtain also filthy. The room also was extremely noisy, I could hear the women talking in the next room clearly. And finally when I went to check out, I got asked how my stay was and I said the room was not cleaned properly and I got told to have a nice day. They obviously are aware the state of their rooms, yet don’t really care about guests feedback. Only positive that it’s close to town. Recommendation to anyone looking to book here. Don’t.

Hotel needs improvements

The layout of our room, the location of the hotel and the quality of the food should make this a wonderful experience. However, our room was dirty, and the bathroom needs a major overhaul. In the restaurant the staff need to be trained better.
